At BlingSIM, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available.

Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Full Refund

  • The eSIM has not been installed on any device
  • The eSIM has not been activated (never connected to a network)
  • The refund is requested within 30 days of purchase
  • Technical issues on our end prevented delivery of the eSIM

Not Eligible for Refund

  • The eSIM has been installed or activated on a device
  • The data plan has been partially or fully used
  • The validity period of the plan has expired
  • The device was not eSIM-compatible (check compatibility before purchasing)
  • More than 30 days have passed since purchase

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@blingsim.com with subject: "Refund Request"
  2. Include your order number (e.g., BLS-260428-K7M3)
  3. Provide the email address used at purchase
  4. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request

Processing Time

  • Review: We review all refund requests within 24–48 hours
  • Approval: Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
  • Credit: Funds appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method

Partial Refunds

In exceptional cases, we may offer partial refunds or credits at our discretion, such as:

  • Significant network outages in your destination
  • Incorrect data amount delivered compared to what was purchased
  • Technical issues that significantly impacted your experience

Cryptocurrency Payments

For purchases made with cryptocurrency via OxaPay, refunds will be issued in USD equivalent at the current exchange rate, or as a store credit for future purchases.
